The apartment reservation becomes legally binding with:
Without the deposit, the reservation remains non-binding.
The remaining payment is due 7 days before arrival.
For last-minute bookings, the rental price may be paid in cash upon apartment handover by arrangement.
Security Deposit: No deposit required.
Maximum Occupancy: The number of occupants is limited to the number specified in the booking.
Check-in: The booked apartment is available from 4:00 PM on the day of arrival.
Check-out: The apartment must be vacated by 10:00 AM on the day of departure.
Guests are required to report and, if necessary, pay for any damages to the apartment before departure or earlier if possible.
Guests are responsible for maintaining the cleanliness of the apartment during their stay.
The apartment will only be entered by the host upon request from the guest.
Dogs are only allowed after prior consultation.
An additional fee of EUR 10.00 per day will be charged.
Use of the apartment’s Wi-Fi is allowed as long as it does not violate any legal regulations.
The guest is solely responsible for any illegal use of the internet (e.g., illegal downloads).
Cancellation up to 4 weeks before arrival: The deposit will be retained as a cancellation fee.
Late arrival or no-show: In the event of a late arrival or no-show by 12:00 AM on the arrival date, we reserve the right to rent out the apartment to others.
Early departure: The full rental price is payable even if the guest departs early.
The host may terminate the rental agreement without notice if:
